Scholarships
The Bountiful High School PTSA offers scholarships to both general education and special education students!
Seniors will submit their applications via a Google Form. The following items are required for the submission:
Completed Google form
Unofficial transcript (thru first semester senior year)
Resume that includes:
PTSA Involvement
School Activities
Community Involvement
Essay: 500 words or less (250 words if a Special Education student) on this prompt: What is something about you that is not captured/reflected on your post secondary application (such as university, community college, or technical/trade school)? Tell us about it!
One Letter of Recommendation
The application deadline will be Friday, May 8, 2026 at midnight. Questions or application issues?
